Sales and body language

In sales the spoken language as well as the body language is of great importance, and body language is often unconscious. The top people in sales know this and keep focusing on this. Albert Mehrabians in his study presented in the book “Silent messages” from 1971, found that the first time you meet a person 55% of the communication is body language. That’s how important that is.

Therefore if you are not yet into body language you should start immediately and Body language Magic is a good start.
