To focus exclusively on external conduct and attitudes will lead to a continuous chase in an attempt to correct mistakes. But it is then already too late to intervene in the process.
You can look at the ability, talent and qualifications a company has and the question one must then ask is: are these the right abilities, talents and qualifications that the company needs for now and for the future?
All companies have values, be they written or unwritten. If the written values correspond to the values predominant in the company’s daily work, then they can be incorporated into the new approach to marketing.
